Three ways to use heat embossed vellum

Hello, it's Verity with another video and blog post as a Creative team member for WOW! Don't you just love the look of heat embossing on vellum? It can add such a lovely soft feel to the card and looks elegant with any design.  Today I have 3 ways to use heat embossed vellum on your cards and can be used with a whole host of embossing powders colours and used for any occasion. Babybook with gold accents

Hello, dear friends! Victoria is on the blog today, and I want to share with you a babybook that I created for my son's photos. Babybook is an album or notebook with printed pages for photos and notes about your child. It is an easy and pretty way to store your memories. And Memories is the theme on our blog challenge in May!
The design of the pages is clean with black and gold accents, so I used a bunch of coordinating Wow products to decorate the book.

Summer nautical shaker card

Ahoy, friends! It is Victoria on the blog today, and first of all I would like to wish you warm and sunny summer days! This month our theme for the challenge is Summer  and here is my card to give you some inspiration :) To tell the truth, I am not fond of summer - it is hard to bear the heat, though I like summer vacation on the seaside, and I love to make nautical projects. You can read the description of how-to-make this card just below. I started to make the background, working wet-on-wet with sprays on watercolor paper. First I sprayed the water and then started to add color spray with a brush, drying the splashes with WOW! Heat Tool - Euro . Then I applied white gloss gel through the stencil to create the birds. Also I stamped few triangles with Sparkle & Shine (by Maya Isaksson) - Clear Stamp Set and Wow Clear Ultra Slow Drying Embossing Pad , sprinkled over WS125 Under the Sea powder and heat set it.
