FABfoil wih Transfer Gel

Hi all, Jo here and welcome to today's blog post where I use the Ice Blue FABfoil with Deco foil transfer gel. TIP 1 - Make sure when using the transfer gel with stencils I suggest your secure the stencil down with washie tape especially when with an intricate design.
I have used a new release product also for the sentiment from Pink & Main directly from our store. Check out the new BANG in action. TIP 2- When using this gel I highly recommend washing the stencil and wiping down any tools used and surfaces straight away. I have created a youtube on how I made today's card over on the WOW! Embossing Powders  youtube channel.  https://youtu.be/xK5-Sg23ldY

Fab Foils & Double-sided adhesive

Hello, it's Verity with another video and blog post as a Creative team member for WOW! Can you believe it is March already? As it is a new month, that means there is a new theme in our Facebook Fan group for the monthly challenge: Foils. So for today's video, I'm showing you just how easy it is to create simple cards with fab foils & double-sided adhesive. Each card uses a slightly different double-sided adhesive, you may not have all three but you'll definitely have one in your craft room to start making a card straight away. So grab a cuppa, sit back and enjoy! Fab Foils & Double-sided adhesive video:

The Journey - Mixed Media Textures Card

Hey everyone! I hope you are well and feeling creative today. This month's blog project theme is Summer and I went for a less obvious route as inspiration for the project; journeys. Summer is all about holidays, trips out, getting out and enjoying the light, warmth (occasionally!) and possibilities it brings.

I firstly gessoed the front of the card and added the main texture of tulle net which I adhered with soft gel medium, sprinkled with embossing powders onto then melted with a heat tool . Using a WOW! Clear Ultra Slow Drying Embossing pad to tap around the edges of the card I then sprinkled with Copper powder to add a dramatic metallic highlight.

On top of the net details I added a foiled die cut star and stamped leaf from the Feathers of Fancy with the Clear Ultra Slow Drying Embossing pad. I sprinkled the images with Bonding Powder then melted with a heat tool and lightly pressed Teal and Copper Fab Foil onto the stamped details. Leave to cool, lift off and hey presto! …

Faux Marble Picture Frame Video Tutorial

Hello everyone. Erika Taylor here today to share with you a video I created using some of my favorite Wow Embossing Powders, Helmar adhesive and some paper flowers. For this frame I used a combination of Whirly Pop, Tea Garden Green and Cotton Candy. The final project was completely covered in Ultra High Clear Embossing Powder to give it a glossy finish.

I hope you enjoy it and if you have any questions, please ask.

After the video, you can see a few photos of the final project for a bit more detail.

I also used a great sentiment from the Stamp Set It is a Bird for the glass portion of the picture frame.

To gain a little more pitted texture, I added Glass Bead medium and Molding Paste to parts of the frame.

Thanks again for stopping by. Until next time

Toodles
