I Love Sparkles

Hello crafty friends I hope you're all well. I can't believe we're nearly at the end of February already, where has this year gone?

Here is my inspiration for this month's "Everything  Sparkly " challenge. I enjoyed this project immensely as I got to have a play with the wonderful new Sparkles range.


For the background of this card I stamped the words from the Wall Art stamp set  in black ink. I then used Peachy Keen and Pumpkin Spice Sparkles on other images from the set to create the rest of the background. Sparkles aren't an embossing powder so you need to stamp your chosen image with an Ultra Slow Drying Ink Pad and use bonding powder over the top. Melt the powder then apply the Sparkles on top while still tacky, simple!


After inking over the background with turquoise ink I stamped hearts from the Hearts & Twine stamp set and used Coral Beach Sparkles on top.

Finally I used Santorini Sparkles on the sentiment from the Mr Wow's Wonderful Words…

HELLO WITH HEARTS AND TWINE

Hello crafty friends, Martha Lucia here to share with you a card that I made using the fabulous new colors of WOW Embossing Powder. These are totally gorgeous and combined with the new stamp set Hearts and Twine they look amazing. Take a look at my card:


The base and the layers of my card are whisper white card stock. I stamped the two images that came on the Hearts and Twine WOW Stamp set using the WOW Embossing Pad and the most brilliant colors of this collection.

All the images were stamped with WOW embossing Pad and covered with different colors of embossing powder. For the twine swirls I used the WOW Yum Yum Bubble Gum Embossing Powder, for the circles inside of these WOW Misty Sky and WOW Avocado Embossing Powder. And for the little sprinkles, WOW Golden Flame Embossing Powder. 

Then, with the WOW Embossing Pad I stamped the mini dots and created the right side border with my new favorite color of Embossing Powder, the WOW Rose Gold. I used the same to emboss the sentiment that …
