Tropical Foiling with Gemma

Today I’m sharing a card using this month’s theme of Favourite WOW stamps. I used the Tropical stamp set with silver foil, for lots of metallic shine.

I began by stamping the Tropical background stamp onto blue card with clear embossing ink. I added WOW Bonding Powder, then melted it with my heat tool.
Next, I layered silver foil over the top, allowing the bonding powder to cool before removing the foil sheet. For any areas where the foil didn’t stick, I reheated with the heat tool, then reapplied the foil.

I trimmed the foiled panel down, added a thin black strip, then adhered it to a white card base.
To finish, I stamped a sentiment from the Avery Elle Loads of Wishes stamp set.

Have a lovely day, Gemma

For the first card, I'm ink blending through the stencil like you normally would using Rose petal and peppermint scrub Catherine pooler inks for an Ombre look. Make sure the ink …
