Holiday Wishes Card with Dana

Hello, everyone!
It's Dana here and I'd like to share holiday card with Silver/Gold theme of this month.

To start, I stamped winter images onto white card stock and colored them in with Copic markers. I die cut them out using coordinating dies and let them aside for next step.

I die cut tag from two pieces of bristol papers and ink blended one of them with distress oxide inks. I then die cut another one with border die. I scribbled WOW! Embossing Pen along with its edge and sprinkled WOW! Unicorn Magic Embossing Glitter and heat set it.

After I mounted small pieces on the tag, I stamped sentiment with WOW! Clear Embossing Ink and heat embossed it with WOW! Red Glitz Embossing Powder.

For background, I stenciled sun rays with WOW! Clear Embossing Ink using mini sponge dauber onto woodgrain card stock. I then sprinkled WOW! Metallic Gold Rich Embossing Powder and heat set them.

Then, I popped up tag onto stenciled panel using foam tape.

I embellished my card with red crystals h…

A Christmas Wreath By Jaine

I love to create wreaths at Christmas time and including them on a card is so classic. If you don't have winter foliage stamps why not look at some of your other stamps for images to adapt. Using the right colours and a bit of sparkle almost any image could be adapted into a wreath for Christmas.

I started simply by lightly drawing my circle on a piece of card. I had a roll of tape at hand so used that.

For the first layer I stamped and embossed directly onto the card with Glamour Green Embossing Glitter, the small leaf from a set by Pretty Pink Posh called Autumn Blooms.

For my next layer I stamped, embossed and die cut (the set also has matching dies which makes this part so much easier) some of the other foliage shapes. I chose Metallic Gold Sparkle Embossing Glitter and as I didn't have a red embossing glitter I created my own by mixing some Coral Beach Sparkles with a little Bonding Powder.

I arranged the pieces on my wreath and glued them down.

The biggest revelation to me wh…

Red Glintz Jingle Bell Card by Jo Herbert

Hi All, Jo here and welcome to today's blog post and youtube tutorial.
https://youtu.be/Iv0-Z3dst74
Over on Facebook we have group https://www.facebook.com/groups/WOWEPFans/ where we hold themed monthly challenges where just by entering your creations in the album you can be in the running for a $15 gift card.
The month of November we created everything Christmas / Sparkles related. I have used the Red Glitz embossing powder stamped with the Tim Holtz Carved Christmas stampset.
I have kept today's card rather simple and let the Red Glitz do all the work.
I started off with ink blending with Lawn Fawn Inks Merman and Peacock on white cardstock panel. I heat embossed the image , added some twine and sequins to finish the card off.
This card can be easily mass produced and just by adding some embossing glitter, poder you too can add a WOW factor to your cards.

Focus on SPARKLES glitter | Zsoka

Hi guys,
Zsoka here with you today to share my latest projects for the WOW! Embossing Powder Design Team!
This month our theme is "Sparkles" and I took it quite literally, using SPARKLES glitter ha! I have never used glitter in my life if you can believe it, so I actually had to check what to do with it hahaha!  I went with the same idea as on my other two cards I've created for our monthly challenge on Facebook (you can see them in this album).

Basically I just added adhesive (different types: glue dots, double sided adhesive and liquid glue). I then poured SPARKLES on my die cuts - I've used  Stroke of Midnight on these cards! I didn't trust the glue to hold forever so I added a thick layer of Nuvo Crystal Glaze. It turned out pretty cool, like  a silicon type material, totally bendable!
I made two A2 size, top folding card bases and added the two stamped panels I had made before. I used the awesome Happy Plaids stamp to create my backgrounds. I didn't hav…

Holiday Card with Dana

Hello, everyone!

It's Dana here and I'm back with another Sparkles / Christmas inspiration today. I featured 4 white shades embossing powders in today's card and here is what I came up with.

I began by stamping adorable images from MFT Beast Friends and colored them with Copic markers. I added details using white colored pencil.

I adhered double sided tape on white card stock and die cut it with MFT Die-namics Stylish Snowflakes. I peeled off tape sheet and sprinkled White Twinkle Embossing Glitter.

Next, I scribbled Studio Katia Glue to make a snowy hill and sprinkled Opaque Seafoam White Embossing Powder and heat set it.

I then drew some dots using Embossing Pen and heat embossed them using White Puff Embossing Powder.

I white heat embossed a sentiment with Opaque Bright White Embossing Powder as well.

To finish, I mounted patterned paper onto white card base and popped up red panel as shown.

Hope you enjoyed this card. Thank you so much for stopping by!

Shimmering Holiday Card with Dana

Hello, everyone!

It's Dana here coming back with holiday card today. As you know, our October challenge theme on the WOW Facebook Fan Group is *Shimmers* and here is my inspiration for you.

For today's card, I used only die cuts and WOW! products in my main images. I started by die cutting deers from kraft paper and antlers from kraft paper after adhering double sided tape.

I then rubbed deers with Embossing Pad and sprinkled Aladdin Embossing Glitter and heat set them 2 times using Dual Speed Heat Tool. This new heat tool is strong and fast and makes save my time a lot! And I'm in love with its pretty white design :)

Next, I peeled off double sided tape sheet on the antlers and sprinkled Bridal Sparkles Glitter first and then added Your Carriage Awaits Sparkles Glitter.

I mounted wide double sided tape on the white card stock and die cut into hillside shape. I then made snowy hillside by sprinkling Bridal Sparkling Glitter on it.

Sentiment is white heat embossed onto bla…
