Winter Greetings - Raluca

Hi everyone and welcome back to our creative WOW space!  Raluca here and I'm so excited to share with you my new CAS card showcasing a sparkling Christmas card.

I created this card to play along with the "Christmas" theme for the Wow! Embossing Powder Facebook Fan Group page monthly challenge - ❤ WOW Embossing Powder Fans ❤ https://www.facebook.com/groups/WOWEPFans/
For my card I played with the fabulous WS49 Vintage Peacock, WS78 Seaglass and the lovely WS149 Taffeta Pink, along with these WOW must have tools WOW! Clear Ultra Slow Drying Embossing Pad, WOW! Dual Speed Heat Tool - Euro and WOW! Premium Embossing Craft Mat.

I started my card by die cutting a panel from WOW! Superior Smooth White Cardstock - A5. I absolutely love this cardstock! It's just a smooth, bright white and it's perfect for heat embossing and for coloring with alcohol markers! Definitely a must have in every crafter's stash!

Just Because CAS Cards with Dana

Hello, everyone!

Its' Dana here and I'm back with another *Pastels* theme of this month. If you haven't joined our monthly challenge yet at FB Fan group, please clickHERE and get more amazing inspiration from talented crafters!

To start, I began by die cutting two cover panels using Hero Arts Garden Fancy Die. I put them aside and took two pieces of WOW! Superior Smooth White Cardstocks for next step.

For first card, I rubbed the paper with WOW! Embossing Pad and sprinkled two embossing powders and heat set it. I used WOW! Opaque Pastel Yellow and WOW! Primary Chartreuse colors.

For second card, I added colors on the background with same way as first one. I used WOW! Taffeta Pink Embossing Powder and WOW! Unicorn Magic Embossing Glitter.

I stamped sentiments from Studio Katia Label Messages and die cut them out using coordinating dies. Then, I popped up cover panel and sentiment using foam adhesive.

As a final touch, I embellished with Studio Katia Sunny Topaz (November) C…

Pinata Hearts with Gemma

Today I’m sharing a card using this month’s theme of Hearts, Red and Pink. I used some beautiful shades of embossing powder for lots of shine and sparkle on this clean and simple card.

I began by stamping the heart pinata image from the Pretty Pink Posh Pinata Party stamp set onto white card. I used versafine onyx black ink, stamping the image twice then heat embossing with clear gloss embossing powder.

I chose some different translucent embossing powders - Skinny Chai Latte and Primary Pink Robin, along withTaffeta Pink embossing glitter. Translucent powders work best as they don’t hide the stamped lines of this detail image.

I used an embossing pen to add ink to the different areas, then heat embossed them with the different powders and the WOW dual speed heat tool. I die cut the images with the coordinating dies.

For the background, I used the Reverse Confetti Diagonal Stitched cover panel to add interest. I stamped an image from the Pretty Pink Posh Love Sentiments stamp set, then …
