Christmas ornaments with WOW

I decided to make some of the salt dough ornaments that I have seen popping up all over pinterest lately.  They were easy enough to make just make sure they are completely dry before doing anything with them.  I wanted them a little bit whiter so I put  on a few layers of bright  white fine embossing powder.  I stamped a tree in the dough and it left a nice imprint when it dried.  It was from the deck the halls stamp set and for the star I used the WOW embossing pen and hand wrote the word joy.  The possibilities are endless, I can't wait to get them all done and on the tree.  I will post  more pictures when I get them all up.   Jenifer

Merry Merry Christmas

Hi everyone! It's Sandie here today with some more Christmas inspiration for you. If you haven't entered our Christmas challenge yet you have just a few more days to do so. You can find all of the details HERE. Remember, you MUST use heat embossing and/or some WOW products to qualify for the prize.
My card features the new background stamp, Blizzard, and I've heat embossed with Sparkling Snow to create the background. It's so sparkly and shimmery :D  I adhered it to the card base with 3D foam and layered up a little bit of white lace on the front, adhering it with fabric glue.

Next I used Green Glitz, Metallic Gold Sparkle and the Christmas Tree from the Deck the Halls clear stamp set. I had cut the tree once I had embossed it and adhered it with some 3D mounting foam.

For the sentiment I used the Metallic Gold Sparkle. The stamp is from the Merry and Bright clear stamp set. This too is adhered with 3D foam so my card has loads of dimension to it.

To finish off my…

Fun And Easy Christmas Wrapping Paper

Hi there! Birgit here today with a post about Christmas wrapping paper.
Did you know it is very easy and fun creating your own wrapping paper? It is!

What do you need? First of all simple plain wrapping paper in a nice color and paper bags.
Stamp sets "Merry and Bright Christmas" and "Deck the Halls".
Versamark and your favorite embossing powders. I used Opaque Bright White Regular, Bay Area Blue Regular and Metallic Copper Super Fine.

Don't make it to hard on yourself, there's no need to stamp word by word. Just mix and match a whole lot of stamps on one large block and the work will be done in no time :)

It's as easy as that! And it's only November so you have more than enough time to give your Christmas gifts a personal touch!
Happy stamping!

Christmas Tag by Jamie Cripps

Good Afternoon!  Jamie here with you today with a quick Christmas Tag!

I stamped my background cardstock with the French Music Stamp Set with Ice Spruce Distress ink and then blended in Spun Sugar.  I tore the edge and then dipped it in Bundled Sage Distress ink then stamped the tree from the Deck the Hall Stamp set with black ink.
Once I had the background set, I used the WOW embossing pen  to color the white areas of the star.

I covered the star with Neutral Ultra Shimmer Embossing  Powder and poured the unused powder back into the container.

Then I used a heat gun to set the powder.

The star now has an amazing sparkle!
