Hi Everyone! It's Jenny here! You should see my craft room right now - it's a flurry of glitter and embossing powders - I even had glitter in my coffee the other day! I've been busy swatching out my powders finally, so I can see what I've got.
During all the swatching, I decided to break out some embossing glitters for my project today. I'm using Sugar Plum embossing glitter, and Clear Matt Dull embossing powder for this project.
To create my card, I inked up an embossing folder with WOW! Embossing ink on the raised side of the folder. I'm using a folder by Creative Expressions. I then laid an A2 size black piece of cardstock into the folder (which I had treated with a powder too), being sure not to shift it as I ran it through my die-cutting machine.
When I removed the panel, I sprinkled on the embossing glitter and heat embossed it - I wasn't super worried if any of the glitter got into areas that were raised - you can see that they did, and I t…
