Hello again and welcome to what will be my last post for Wow! as October draws to a close and my little stint as Guest Designer comes to an end. Today I'm sharing a Christmas card I made using Metalline First Frost , Pastel Glacier Mint and Opaque Bright White with a hint of Metallic Silver for the sentiment. The card base is made from Distress Oxide ink pads just smooched onto glass and spritzed with water to create a grungy background. I kept the colours fairly moody as snowy skies are often grey. I've used Visible Image's 'Snow is Falling' stamp set and it works perfectly with Wow's embossing powders. To get the two-tone snowflakes, have all the pots ready and open (just be careful not to spill or wave your heat gun in their direction!) and use the Wow! Slow Drying Embossing Pad to stamp the images as you get plenty of time to play about with colour placement. Use whatever colour embossing powder takes your fancy, I kept it to a cool c
