Hi! My name is Jeannie Lieu and I’ve been card making for about 4 years now. For me, card making is about creating for fun and having a creative outlet. I work a 9-5 job and came home exhausted. Hello and happy Wednesday! Ericka Strange aka Strangely Creative here with another fun way to use WOW! Embossing powders. For today's card I made glitter paper using embossing powder. I started out by taking some left over paper in my stash and cutting them to similar lengths. I then smooshed the papers into the embossing paper and covered them with embossing powders in Totally Teal and Pink Fizz. I heat embossed each paper twice to ensure full coverage and used the Embossing Ink Pad Refill tool to fill in small spots. I attached my papers on my card base with liquid glue and waited for it to dry. I die cut my sentiment three times and glued them together and did the same heat embossing technique. I used Metallic Gold Rich Pale to balance the glitter background.
I added a couple of clear drop embellishments to finish up my card.
There you have it, a quick card with some fun embossed glitter paper.
