Hello, it's Verity with another video and blog post as a Creative team member for WOW! Don't you just love the look of heat embossing on vellum? It can add such a lovely soft feel to the card and looks elegant with any design.  Today I have 3 ways to use heat embossed vellum on your cards and can be used with a whole host of embossing powders colours and used for any occasion. Three ways to use heat embossing on vellum in card designs photos:For the first heat embossed vellum card, we are going to create an embossed vellum overlay with an ink blended background. For this card, use the Handpainted stripes stencil from Thirsty Brush and Co along with two Catherine pooler inks.

Hi crafty friends, it's Sarah here with my inspiration card for this month's anything goes challenge. I hope you like it!
1 Cut Kraft card 14.5cm square and run a clear embossing pad along the edges. Sprinkle Metallic Copper embossing powder over the top, tap off the excess and melt with a heat tool. Glue to the front of a 15cm square white card blank.

2 Cut white card 13.5cm square and stamp dandelion clocks from the Make a Wish Stamp Set with a clear embossing pad. Sprinkle with Clear Gloss super Fine powder, tap off the excess and melt with a heat tool.



3 Carefully rub a little turquoise ink over the embossed image gradually building up the colour. Stamp a sentiment in brown ink towards the right hand side and emboss with Metallic Copper powder.

4 Wrap ribbon under the embossed image and attach to the card front. Make a large bow and glue on the right hand side. Cover a wooden button with a clear embossing pad, sprinkle with Coastal Embossing Glitter and tap off the excess. Mel…
