HELLO LITTLE FLOWERS

Hello crafty friends, It's Martha Lucia and it's my turn to share with you! I hope you are enjoying our projects this month using flowers because this is my favorite theme - I love flowers and the Hey Little Flowers stamp set is one of my favorites right now. Take a look at my card:

HELLO LITTLE FLOWERS

I started by stamping the background with lineal flowers included on the stamp set Hey Little Flower using WOW Embossing Pad and then heat embossed it with WOW Clear Gloss Regular Embossing Powder. Next, I tied on some natural thread cord and then built the rest of the card from there. I wanted to use the new colors of WOW Embossing Powders and I decided to use Strawberry Sundae, Mind Macaroon and Banana Split to stamp each flower ... delicious, right???

HELLO LITTLE FLOWERS

First I stamped each flower using WOW Embossing Pad and then heat embossed these with these three different colors of WOW Regular Embossing Powder, all inspired by Marion Emberson as well as both stamp sets that I used, the Hey Little Flower and the Just Saying, because the word Hello is part of this.

I die cut the leaves from Old olive card stock and I separated the leaves from the original die cut to arrange these around the flowers. The sentiment is from the stamp set Just Saying. This is a very versatile set. I stamped it over a little piece of very vanilla card stock with WOW Embossing Pad and heat embossed this with Primary Ebony WOW Embossing Powder, and I used the Circle Layer Framelits to cut various layers of card stock. Then it was a matter of assembling everything.

I hope my project inspires you to create, use your WOW Embossing Powders and try the new colors - they are simply gorgeous and perfect for this season.

See you soon!
