Have you ever been unsure how to decorate your ART JOURNAL or SCRAPBOOK cover?
Here is a quick and easy way to add some whimsy & sparkle.....
because WE all LOVE SPARKLE!
There is no need to seal your cover, but if you would like to, I recommend that:
- Seal with a MATTE varnish prior to adding your embossing powders (as it would dull their sparkle & shine, if you varnished after).
- Do not use a GLOSS varnish, as it will make your book cover stick to other books on your bookshelf.
- Add a little bit of sealer over top of your dried stabilo pencil.

That journal cover looks great Nicci and love the tones of blue and the added hinges and title using the minty green EP and the added black pen really make it pop. x
