Happy Sunday, WOW! friends!
It's Dana here and I'd like to share sparkling birthday card with you today.
To start, I stenciled balloons onto navy card stock with WOW! Sparkles using Studio Katia Birthday Balloons Duo Stencil.
For this, I mixed texture paste with WOW! Peachy Keen and Crushed Ice Sparkles and let them dried.
I trimmed down vellum strip and stamped a sentiment from WOW! Born to Sparkle Stamp Set with WOW! Embossing Ink. I splattered WOW! Metallic Gold Rich Embossing Powder and heat set it.
As a final touch, I embellished panel with Studio Katia Crystal Rainbow Sequins here and there.

I love the sparkly balloons and a great sentiment which goes well gold embossed on the vellum, and it all pops beautifully on the navy background Dana. x
