When I have been trying out different techniques on last weeks gift wrapping paper, I kind of stumbled over the idea to swipe the Embossing Ink Pad over the paper.
So why not trying this technique on cards?
I have tried to swipe my (freshly refilled!) Embossing Ink Pad from one side to the other on one background and from the top and bottom to the middle on the other.
I have simply poured the Embossing powders on random places over the applied Ink, starting with the lightest, tapping off, applying the next darker and so on..
Since the backgrounds kind of speak for themselves, I decided to keep the embellishmets of the cards to the minimum and absolutely love the outcome.
