WOW! Embossing | Illuminating Fluorescent Powders

Happy Wednesday Darlings!

I hope you have all been keeping well. Today I am here to show off some glowing cards, using WOW! embossing fluorescent powders. These cards are super quick to make. To find out how, carry on reading below.

1. Using white cardstock, die cut a rectangle shape, and mask off slightly less than half the base layer. 

2. Taking an ink blender, cover a section with Distress Oxide in 'Hickory Smoke' then blend 'Black Soot' around the edges. 

3. With WOW! Embossing Ultra Slow Drying Ink Pad, blend over Clearly Besotted's 'Got You Covered' stencil. 

4. I repeated steps 1-3, across three base layers, then heat embossed the following colours on each one: Fluorescent Green, Fluorescent Pink, and Fluorescent Blue.

5. Taking Clearly Besotted's 'Look for Rainbows' and 'Raindrops Falling' stamp set, I selected a few images and then coloured them in using alcohol ink markers.

6. To finish off the cards, I stamp some lovely sentiments and placed the critters on the card using 3D foam tape to add some dimension. 

I hope you enjoy these fun coloured themed cards :) These fluorescent powders do really stand out so beautifully against dark backgrounds.
