Today we have the 2nd post from this month's Creative Guest; Becca Neeley!
1. Watercolor a striped background.
2. Using the Freestyle tool, heat emboss accents along the watercolor stripes.
3. Die cut and stack the sentiment, then press on ink and heat emboss.
4. Complete the card by assembling a cluster with the sentiment, balloon die cuts, and a vellum heart.
