1. Die cut and stack a large snowflake die. Heat emboss with Halo embossing powder.
2. Use a dot embossing folder for the background, and heat emboss edges with Halo embossing powder.
3. Clear heat emboss a dot background stamp, then spray with inks.
4. Layer snowflake die cut on top of a stitched vellum rectangle.
5. Add a white heat embossed sentiment strip on top of the snowflake.
6. Embellish with crystals.
