It's Like Magic | Day 13 with Tasha

I can't believe that we're on Day 13 already! Time sure flies when you're having fun! 🥳

I'm cheating just a smidge today because I'm kind of sharing TWO reels...I just had to show you all these swatches first off!

If I didn't do it myself, I'd find it almost impossible to believe that these two were the exact same embossing powders...but it's true!

The only difference is that one is on white cardstock, the other on navy! It's honestly like magic!

It's Like Magic...

Cover a sheet of Navy cardstock with WOW's Embossing ink and then Paint Me Golden from my new Reputation Trio. Trim down to just under A2 size, to leave a 1/8th inch gap each side.
Die cut the Moon & Stars from the Tim Holtz Diecember 2021 exclusive set out of white cardstock embossed in Paint Me Golden. Stack up several scrap cardstock Moons behind the embossed one.
Die cut the Santa Sleigh die (from the same set) out of Glossy Black cardstock and adhere onto two layers of white. Offset the white slightly to give a highlight of white along the bottom edge of the whole image, this makes it really pop!
Use the same Glossy black cardstock for the sentiment's shadow piece, with two layers of white for the word itself.
Adhere the sentiment, moon and Santa image onto the embossed background with really strong liquid adhesive. (Use reverse action tweezers or something heavy to hold those firmly against the background whilst the glue dries to get the best adhesion.)
Add a few of the little die cut stars, sprinkled throughout the background to finish it off.
