I've used the TCW Tacky when Dry Gel Medium with the Stencil and added the Fab Foils in Teal and Ice Blue over it, when it was dry. The Mediums is sticky when it's dry.

This foiled background looks so pretty and love the die cut white flowers over the top Dunja, and the tacky when dry medium is such a great idea to use to attach the foil and works brilliantly. x
