Today I'm sharing a mixed media journal spread with you'll.

I enjoy art journaling as it is a way of playing with mediums, exploring techniques and above all expressing myself and telling my story.
Here are the quick steps to creating this page:
1. I began with smooshing oxides on the page with a transparent backing. I added them particularly where I wanted my elements.
2. I used rub-ons and added various elements to the page. This helped me build my composition.
3. I then added highlights on the floral clusters with the WOW Embossing Pen and added the new release Antique Gold Embossing Powder.
4. I distressed the edges of the page with embossing ink and the same powder for more texture.
5. I completed the page with black background stamping and a sentiment sticker.
