Hello, it's Verity with another Insta Reels and blog post as a Creative team member for WOW! Today I'm getting creative and using Earth Sparkles to create an ombre die-cut sentiment. This is great inspiration for this month's Challenge of Ombre, so don't forget to enter over in the Facebook group or on Insta using #wowembossingchallenge.
Ombre Earth Sparkles Die-cut sentiment written Tutorial:
Start off by adding Altenew Double-sided adhesive sheets a piece of white card. Next, using Julie Hickey Designs lower alphabet dies, cut out the word hello, making sure the adhesive sheet is on the front of the letters.
Next, peel the adhesive back off the letter 'h' and cover it with Anenome Earth Sparkles. Also, cover half of the letter 'e' in this as well. For the other half of the 'e' cover this with Sea Fan Earth Sparkles. Also, cover one 'L' and half of the other 'L' in Sea Fan too.
For the last half of the second 'L' and 'O', cover this in Lobster Earth Sparkles. To create the background, stamp in Pink Champagne Catherine Pooler ink the Julie Hickey designs Daisy Garland stamp set onto white card. Trim this down and add to a white card base.
Foam mount the die-cut sentiment onto the front of the panel. Next, stamp in Twilight Ink sentiment from the Happy Birthday Sentiments stamp set. Trim this down into a strip and add it to the card. Lastly, finish by embellishing with some colour corresponding sequins.
