Gold Pearl Arrows

Hello! Ericka here today playing with Gold Pearl embossing powder. I love the soft gold look the pearl powder has on a background.

I started by creating a watercolor background with Ken Oliver Color Bursts in Violet, Orchid and Metallic Amethyst, which gives the background a little shimmer.

Once the background was dry, I used the Darkroom Door Arrows background and stamped it in my MISTI with embossing ink to get a good impression. I heat embossed the image with Gold Pearl embossing powder.

I love the look of this powder on both the dark and lighter portions of the background. I also heat embossed the sentiment with Gold Pearl on black cardstock.
