WOW! Embossing Powder Newton's Nook Designs Inspiration Week | Day 4 with Raluca & Dana

This week WOW! Embossing Powder & Newton's Nook Designs are partnering up to bring you a fun-filled week of inspiration.  All week long both design teams will be sharing ways to add WOW! Embossing Powder and Newton's Nook Designs stamps and dies to their creations.

Today we have Raluca and Dana.

First up we are sharing two adorable cards with ....... by Raluca

For my first card I ink blended a panel using teal inks. After the panel dried I inked the beautiful Newton's Nook Evergreens Stencil and heat embossed it using the WS01 Black Twinkle embossing glitter. To finish up the card I added white splatters on the panel and a vellum strip with a sentiment from the Round & Round (by Marion Emberson) - Clear Stamp Set embossed with WC01 Metallic Gold Rich Pale embossing powder.

For my second card I used the adorable Newton's Nook Designs Believe In Unicorns stamp set and the Sky Borders Die Set, along with the WS167 Unicorn Magic and the WL01 Bright White embossing powders. I watercolored a panel using bold and almost rainbow-ish colors, die cut some cloud borders from white and vellum and mounted them on the panel. In the center I heat embossed a sentiment in white and a few stars using Unicorn Magic and finished it by adding the colored unicorns . Super easy and the result I think is beautiful.

Secondly, we have the very talented Dana.

I watercolored adorable cats from Newton's Nook Designs Newton Hangs Out and Newton's Birthday Trio. I then gave a special effect to both cards using the heat embossing technique with WOW! Pink Sherbert, Zeus, Neutral Ultra Snow, Opaque Bright White Embossing Powders and Newton's Nook Designs Confetti Stencil.
