Hi everyone and welcome back to our creative WOW space!
Raluca here and I'm so excited to share with you my new CAS card showcasing a beautiful WOW! DIY embellishment.
I created this card to play along with the "DIY Embellishments" theme for the Wow! Embossing Powder Facebook Fan Group page monthly challenge - ❤ WOW Embossing Powder Fans ❤
https://www.facebook.com/groups/WOWEPFans/
For my card I played with the fabulous embossing powders, along with the WL01 Bright White, WA01 Clear Gloss and the WC01 Metallic Gold Rich Pale, the lovely , and , along with these WOW must have tools WOW! Clear Ultra Slow Drying Embossing Pad, WOW! Dual Speed Heat Tool - Euro and WOW! Premium Embossing Craft Mat.
First I die cut a panel from watercolor cardstock and I stamped, using Distress Inks, the beautiful stamp included in the Julie Hickey Designs Spring Delights Stamp Set - Floral Sprig. I sprayed it with clean water and let the colors spread. Next I stamped the image again using VersaFine Onyx Black Ink, added WA01 Clear Gloss and heat embossed it. Then I added splatters all over my card.
Next I stamped a sentiment from the new
and gold embossed it. I also completed the sentiment with the "be" word white embossed on a purple little piece of cardstock.
Then I started working on my embellishment.
On a WL01 Bright White and the two embossing powders from the , heated them very good and poured it into the . After I let it cool, I took it out of the mould and glued it to the card.
I mixed ,
I mounted the panel on a mint card base and my project was done.
Super easy to create and with such a fabulous result!
That's all from me today! Have a lovely week!

Well, I could have sworn I saw this post and commented on it a few days ago and I have a post on my reading list by Ashlee about that time which I haven't seen before which now clicked on takes us here to this post. Anyway, this is a pretty card and I love the black embossed flowers with that sweet red embellishment you made fro a mould and love the pink and blue smooshed background, so bright and pretty Raluca. x
