Hochanda Samples with Karen Reategui

Hello shiny friends! Today is a very exciting day because WOW! Embossing Powder goes live on Hochanda TV, YAY!!! The design team has created many gorgeous projects and today I'll be sharing two of them. For my project, I had used some colors from the Just WOW! and Basically WOW! Sets like WOW! Colour Blend Verdigris, 101, Metallic Gold and Dixon Green Embossing Powders. The stamp and die are from Simon Says Stamp.

Let's shine! For this card I applied WOW! Embossing Pad to a black panel using the Center Cut Heart Background by Simon Says Stamp and heat embossed it with WOW! Colour Blend Verdigris Embossing Powder.

Then, I die cut the center of the heart using Simon Says Stamp Deco Heart Die and reserved this piece for my next project.

Next, I placed this background to a black card base and added two thin green stripes to each side of the panel.

I die cut another heart using Simon Says Stamp Deco Heart Die and heat embossed it with WOW! Dixon Green Embossing Powder. Finally, I glued this heart to my panel, added the sentiment that was heat embossed using WOW! Metallic Gold Embossing Powder, some jewels and sequins around.

For the wooden picture frame, I applied WOW! Embossing Pad to half of the frame and then heat embossed it using WOW! Colour Blend Verdigris Embossing Powder. I repeated the same step to the other half but this time using WOW! 101 Embossing Powder.

I added two fine stripes of green and black cardstock to make the colors pop up even more.

I adhered a piece of black cardstock to the window frame.

Finally, I placed on top of the black cardstock the heart I reserved from the previous card and added a few jewels.
