Calling Britain!

Hi there

Rachel here with my take on this months theme 'British'.

I decided to recycle the back of a note pad and make a message pad that can be hung up by the phone.

Using an embossing folder I inked up the inside, ran it through my die-cutting machine and then embossed in Metalline Blue to make the background.
The telephone box was stamped & embossed in Apple Red onto card and also acetate. I cut out the centre of the phone box and backed it with the acetate to look more realistic.

The tile was stamped and then coated in three layers of Clear Ultra High EP, I edged it in Lagoon and Apple Red for definition.
I finished off by stamping the telephone image onto each of my pages.

The powders I've used are: Metalline Blue
Stamp set used is: Call Me Clear Stamp Set

I hope you like my project this month, please keep stopping by to see all the other lovely projects created by our Design Team.

  1. Cracking little project - I love the layering, and the glass effect on the call me stick-on is very effective.

  2. Very british looking and I wouldn't loose that at the side of the phone!
