Hi everyone, Ilene here with a layout using some gorgeous WOW embossing powders! I scrapped a vintage photo - the little baby in the photo is my grandmother, her mom, and her grandma. It's hard to believe that these are my ancestors. I used Sizzix dies to cut out the clock, butterflies, and flower layers, and for all of them I used very light and thin corrugated cardboard - it's thick enough to take embossing beautifully. The grey embossing powder is Suzy West Collection Skyline Grey Puff and the teal blue is Suzy West Collection Cotton Candy Regular. For the flowers, I used both of the powders. To keep a somewhat shabby, vintage look, I didn't cover the die cuts completely with the powder, but loosely brushed it off some areas before setting with my heat tool.
