Hi everyone!
Today, I'd like to show you this layout, 100% made with inks, masks and stamps. You'll find out that it's very simple to create your own backgrounds.
First, select the photos and the colors you want to use. I chose Wow's Honey, Olive and Whirly Pop colors. I also used Tattered Angels Tuscan Sun, Vintage pink and Vanilla Breeze inks and a mask from the Crafters Workshop. Put the mask onto a white paper and spray the inks. Then, put some versamark on a stamp from the set Call me and use it on the background.
Apply some embossing powder, take away the remaining powder and heat with a heat gun.

Do the same with the hearts from the Gratitude stamps board and some Whirly Pop powder. Do it again with the frame of the Gratitude stamps board and some Olive embossing powder.
Use the leaf from the Gratitude stamps board many times with Olive and Gummy Bear Green colors on a few stiff white papers. Then, you'll be able to cut them out and stick them onto your background to give it some contrast.
Highlight the text of the mask with a blue pastel. Then, stick a leaf on the edge of the photo and a second one below it.
this is so fun, great technique.
ReplyDeleteWonderful! Love the detailed photos and the look of the techniques on the layout!
