Altered Paintbrush I Off the Page I Mixed Media I Aditi Mahajan I YouTube

Hello Lovelies,

Aditi here and I'm back with a mixed media off the page project for you all. Today, I'm altering MDF Paintbrushes. They are so adorable, and I wanted to create something unique. These can work as free form ATCs, can be hung in the studio, can be used as key rings or fridge magnets, and can be used as the focal embellishment on a card. I love how versatile they are.

Here's a look at the them:

Aren't they adorable? To begin with, I've used Obsidian, Polished Silver and Pure Platinum embossing powders on the base of the paintbrush. I've applied embossing ink with the ink pad, and then with the mixed media brush. This builds the dimension and texture on the base.

I've used Spring Bunnies stamp and die for the little bunny. The other elements are from a die set. I wanted to work with blues, purple and pink, and so I've chosen a variety of embossing powders. I embossed all the tiny elements for the composition.

I added journaling stickers, to give it meaning and that final touch.

I have YouTube Tutorial to create this page. Be sure to head over onto WOW Embossing! YouTube Channel.  Click here to go to the YouTube Channel.

  1. The adaptability and longevity of China Bopp adhesive tape film suppliers sticky tape film have made it famous. The biaxial orienting process makes the material more robust and resistant to rips and punctures. For that reason, it is perfect for use in shipping and heavy-duty packing. In addition, the film may be utilised in many conditions due to its resistance to chemicals and moisture, which guarantees that packed items will always be protected.
