"Loving Every Minute of It"

For it was not into my ear you whispered, but into my heart. It was not my lips you kissed, but my soul. Doesn’t this quote from Judy Garland just make you sigh? *sigh*

I hope you all had a terrific week. I’m not even sure if Valentine’s Day is completely global, but what a fantastic excuse to wear red, steal a kiss, indulge in champagne and chocolate-covered strawberries, stop and smell the overly priced roses, and remember the moment (or moments) you fell in love.
The 7 Girls and a Smoking Gun design team at WOW! Embossing Powders shared so much passion this week in their love of crafting, that we were bursting with projects! Playing with Embossing Powders, Pretty Papers, Our handy-dandy heat guns, Stamps...We were loving every minute of it!

Each lovely lady posted a sneak peek of a sweet little project created with V-Day in mind and if you followed the links to their blogs you found tutorials, inspirations and smiles. (I have the blogs posted again at the end.)

Hi there everyone!!!! I hope that those of you who celebrate Valentines Day were spoilt rotten yesterday!
How fun is the WOW Blog Hop so far right? Sooo much fantastic inspiration and AMAZING colour! 
Well it is Amy Prior here today and I wanted to say THANK YOU. I have so much to be thankful for. I have 2 beautiful, amazing, healthy toddler girls, I have an incredible man I am married to who loves his family unconditionally, PLUS i have mountains of amazing scrappie goodies here to play with whenever I like including amazing WOW Embossing Powders LOL. Ok so I am a tease but head on over here to see the remainder of these teaser pics and a quick tutorial as well!

Candy Counter Collection makes me SMILE!

Hi everyone! I hope you are all having a fabulous weekend awaiting the fabulous CHA releases! I know I am on the edge of my seat here in Sunny Australia waiting and wishing I was there in person to see all the yummy goodies.
Today I wanted to share with you all a quick and easy quilting technique I have used on a layout using WOW Stamps and WOW Emboss Powders.

This was really was quite easy to create and with a square punch would be even easier (I realised I should have used my square punch AFTER cutting all the squares out LOL). Firstly you will need to grab some spare white cardstock and pick the colours you would like to use for your bakground. I have used colours from the Suzy West Candy Counter Collection including Cotton Candy, Gummi Bear Green & Bubblegum. Next up you need to grab your background stamp (I have used WOW Brocade Background stamp) and stamp your versamark or embossing adhesive onto your white cardstock doing one at a time.
